Residual income refers to income that keeps on coming after a foundation is in place. The Shaklee Dream Compensation Plan provides a way to build an organization that will ultimately pay out residual income to those who were willing to work hard and consistently for three to five years – as long as your organization is in place you will be paid a bonus from Shaklee every month. To date, Shaklee has paid out over five billion dollars in 54 years.

Where do I start?

First set a short term goal that you can achieve. Then follow that by setting a longer term goal that is exciting and will keep you motivated to work hard and to overcome any and all obstacles that come your way. Here are two reasonable short and long term goals you can use as models.

SHORT TERM GOAL – Make Senior Director in 6 months


  1. Within 90 days become a strong Director.
    • You would earn $600 a month. (3,000 PV X 20% = $600 month)

    • Qualify for a New Director Trip to Shaklee Home Office in California

    • Be eligible to earn an Annual Incentive Trip

  2. Within 6 months reach 5,000 PV and breakout your first Director Leg.
    • You would earn $1,320 a month.
      1st Level at 2,000 PV X 6% = $ 120 month
      6,000 PV X 20% = $1,200 month

    • Qualify for a monthly car payment

    • Eligible for annual incentive trip


LONG TERM GOAL – Make Master Coordinator in 3 to 5 years

Earn over a quarter million dollars ($250,000) from Leadership Bonuses, Infinity Bonuses and Personal Group Bonuses.

Qualify for an even larger car payment

Be eligible to earn Annual Incentive Trip

Be eligible to earn an International Luxury Trip

  1. Develop 2 to 3 new strong Directors a year first level for 5 years – until you have developed a minimum of 10 first level Directors.

  2. Develop 5 strong legs from your 10 first level strong Directors. A strong leg is an Executive Coordinator or above.

    • This will create the foundation for you to become a Presidential Master Coordinator where you will earn a luxury, all-expenses paid international vacation and be given the keys to drive a $100,000 S400 Hybrid Mercedes Benz.
