I am passing along a message I received with permission from Stacy Sesler. It is a terrific example of attitude. A GREAT ATTITUDE. Hope this helps someone to continue to move forward. My comments in blue.

>> Well, my June Power Plan is almost identical to May's Power Plan. Despite my efforts NONE of the activity I had planned in May happened. All 3 of my events were cancelled and I haven't been able to reach anyone (tried 3 times) for the one-on-one's they wanted after not being able to make it to my nutrition event here at the house at the end of April.
Obviously, every month is not always a great month or even a good month in terms of getting things accomplished. But the question is this, how does a person react, respond or feel when a month doesn't go as planned? Some people quit. Some just give up trying for a period of time. For some the discouragement lingers for weeks at a time. Then again, some people keep on keeping on.
My PV for May is the lowest it's been in over a year. I spent yesterday feeling a little sorry for myself but have spent today getting back in the trenches and getting ready to make June a completely different story.
Stacy obviously made a decision to get herself right FIRST, then get back to doing the activities she knows will build her business ... which means moving forward.
I had a bad month, that doesn't mean it's going to stay that way. I had a time line for certain goals that I know now I won't reach. That doesn't mean I'm going to give them up. The dreams/goals will stay the same. I just have to keep working at it and I WILL get there.
Keeping THE DREAM ALIVE is always the responsibility of the individual and Stacy is doing exactly that. This is what it takes to have a great Shaklee future because everyone experiences bad months, bad weeks, terrible days, a bad hair day, etc. Bouncing back is THE NAME OF THE GAME. Life isn't perfect, building a business isn't always perfect. We don't have control over many things. BUT, we do have control over our attitude, we do have the personal power to make decisions about facing the future. Thank you Stacy for what I think is a great message!
