I want to comment on the following that I received last week.

Start something. The answers will come to you in due course.

The above very short comment says volumes about moving yourself forward in this business.  I know for a fact that this is very accurate because I have experienced this so many times. I will keep this rather short but please give this principle some thought if you want your business to improve.

What would happen if you made a decision to have a minimum of 10 new people come into your personal group every month for the next year?  My answer:  If you were serious about this you would START TO THINK about what you have to do to get this started. 

YOU WILL LOOK FOR ANSWERS...

    Probably make a list
    Make some calls
    Begin to approach people
    Get some in-home meetings going
    Figure out your presentation - what you will use 

    (I could go on and on about this)

Here is the point.  If you don't make a decision to have 10 new people come into your personal group every month for the next year I know this as a fact.

YOU WILL NOT THINK ABOUT HOW TO GET THE FOLLOWING DONE!

You probably won't ...

    Probably make a list
    Make some calls
    Begin to approach people
    Get some in-home meetings going
    Figure out your presentation - what you will use 

    (I could go on and on about this)

The people who make decisions about what they want to have happen are the people who look for answers to MAKE IT HAPPEN. 

My bet is this person will ALWAYS figure out what they have to get busy doing.

Put that principle to any part of your business you want to change, make a decision, then and only then will you find the answers.
